This is really great, Shaun. Thank you for collecting and posting these.
The list contains fantastic ideas for topics the guidebook may cover. So
I transferred this material to various issues in the project repository,
using my best judgment to determine which chapters might eventually
contain these topics (and knowing full well they may shift as we begin
more concerted writing).
Issues featuring descriptions of chapters (and potential chapters) now
contain materials from this list, so potential contributors have access
to these ideas as they begin brainstorming chapter directions.[1]
