Hey all,
Lest anyone be daunted in filling BKP's shoes, the core parts of this
job are ones that any experienced editor is familiar with.
In part, this is a set of editor hands doing the final review-to-publish
work with an willingness to say "no" and make good editorial calls.
Especially when the rest of us are faltering and looking for a decisive
voice.
Where it comes to everything else, from writing and editing process,
tools, and so forth, your editorial team will have you covered with any
needed support. So GitHub or Asciidoc skills are not required to step in
here.
If you see yourself having some nice blocks of hours between now and 15
December, we can use your help.
After the above strong pitch ;-) let me say also that non-leadership
editing help is needed too. Especially the coming two weeks, yes please!

This is not due to any lack of interest in the project on my part. But
the requirements of my daily job have precluded me from dedicating
