I have set the subscription barrier on this new list as lower so we can
more easily welcome people -- only confirmation is required, no
moderator approval to join as with the contrib@ list.
This means we are likely to have some sp*m/bad actors join and need to
knock out the subscription and clear the archive.
Let me know if you'd be interested in being a Moderator level for this
new list; I could also use a few co-Admins for both mailing lists.
