[Contrib] Agenda item for 6/25/20 Meeting

It has been suggested that TOSW community can act as a more responsive resource of open source and community best practices. With that in mind, I would like to put forth the suggestion that we have a new mailing list, such as community(a)theopensourceway.org, where folks could come to ask questions and get advice.
