Hi all,
Below is an example of me trying to just carry on, and I'm not sure it's
the right tone to take today.
Let's cancel the meeting this week; I'll continue to make progress on
the punchlist and ask for help on items.
For today, I'll open the meeting just in case anyone shows up not having
seen this cancellation, or if anyone wants to have a check-in with each
other.
Take care, be safe,
- Karsten

Hello all,
Welcome into this new year, dear friends.
With the 2.0 release of the guidebook last month, we can start to
consider the future of this meeting. There are still some editorial
discussions, and more.

In the meantime, we have some work to do getting things ready for the
splashier debut later this month.

I think an agenda for tomorrow looks like this:
* Open editorial items to finish for 2.0 before 20 Jan.
* Release announcement packet, is it complete?
* 2.1—what might it contain, when might we schedule it?
* Anything else?
There are some other broader topics we need to work through that are
more appropriate to the mailing list, such as forming a new governance
from the active community; we'll start getting to those on list as well.
Kind regards,
- Karsten
