Hey all,
Thanks for joining us here, this list is seeded with the folks from Red

* GitHub discussion - which tools, what process
As a starting point, do you have some history about the tools and
processes that theopensourceway 1.0 used and whether there are things we
want to avoid / fix for the 2.0?
A silly question that might have an obvious anwer, but why github? I know
you can do pull requests and approvals in the workflow which is a plus of
course.
I am thinking of reasons why Google Docs would not work for this, and there
probably are some I fail to see. It would be very low barrier to write
though, and I think there are some rudimentary ways to assign tasks and
comments.
I'm quite excited and nervous to be working on this project with
you and
all our new contrib friends. Welcome, one and all.
Sweet! Happy to help!
