Hi all: This is our last meeting in February, and I would like to start in March with adding some new practices to shift us away from the way things have been. We talked last week about not meeting as frequently since we're not driving toward a book, and finding ways to interact asynchronously such as on this mailing list and adding a chat channel. So next week I'll put some energy into starting those discussions and getting us toward some new communication norms for this year, as we shift toward being a community of practice beyond just the one guidebook. Today I'd like to meet with whoever is available to focus on the debut announcement bits. I think we can move editorial discussions right away to this list. Same thing for governance discussions, it's time to have those discussions here primarily.
