Hey all, In preparation for sending out the 2.0 release announcement tomorrow[1] I created the Element/Matrix room for us. This is my first time with this chat tool, pardon my stumbles: #opensourceway:matrix.org You can access this using the Element.io app, either via your browser or native mobile device app. The intention is that this is the open chat interface for readers and contributors to interact (aka "the community"), so it's as open by default as is reasonable and safe. To make sure we do have a safe space, a handful of us will need to volunteer for Admin or Moderator roles. Especially if you have Matrix/Element experience, I would greatly appreciate your early involvement to help fix any mistakes I'm making.
